The Delaware Department of Transportation reports that there will be weekend lane closures on I-495/I-95 northbound, from 9:00 PM on Friday, September 21, 2018 until 5:00 AM on Monday, September 24, 2018.
The closures will be on I-495/I-95 Northbound at the Southern Split in Wilmington.
DelDOT’s contractor will be patching the roadway. Two right lanes will be closed with a lane shift on I-495/I-95 Northbound. At all times, one lane will remain open to motorists.
Variable message boards are posted to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closures.
Motorists should be aware that construction personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to the travel lanes and anticipate lane shifts.
