The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that lane restrictions are scheduled on the Interstate 95 north ramp to Interstate 476 north in the City of Chester and Ridley Township, Delaware County, on Friday, September 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for pavement restoration.
The work is weather dependent. Motorists should expect delays when traveling the interchange.
