The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a bridge inspection is scheduled next week on northbound I-95 in Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Thursday, December 28, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a right lane closure is scheduled on northbound I-95 between the Interstate 676 (Vine Street Expressway) and the Girard Avenue interchanges
Drivers should allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
The inspection is part of PennDOT’s program to ensure the safety and overall condition of the structures.
