The Delaware Department of Transportation reports that the merge onto I-95 Northbound from Delaware Avenue/Adams Street (I-95, exit 7) has been shifted to south of the Brandywine River Bridge.
The shift has been initiated to reduce the potential conflict between motorists exiting at US 202 and those continuing north. Access to the on-ramp from Delaware Avenue/Adams Street (I-95, exit 7) is unchanged.
