Temporary I-95 Ramp Closures, Detours in Baltimore

The Maryland Department of Transportation reports the following I-95 ramp closures in Baltimore city:

  • The ramp from I-395 to northbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. Weather permitting, the ramp will be closed Saturday, March 18, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95.
  • The ramp from northbound I-95 to Key Highway (Exit 55) will be closed temporarily to traffic. Weather permitting, the ramp will be closed Saturday, March 25, from 6 a.m. to noon.The detour route will direct motorists to Hanover Street (Exit 54), to West Dickman Street, to Cromwell Street, to East McComas Street, to Key Highway.
  • The ramp from McComas Street to southbound I-95 will be closed temporarily to traffic. Weather permitting, the ramp will be closed Saturday, March 25, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.The detour route will direct motorists to Hanover Street, to southbound I-95.
