The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) is expecting snow this weekend. Their full fleet of 450+ state and vendor trucks will be deployed to plow and treat the roads. I-95 15 Bridges, Providence/Cranston/Warwick
Overnight survey work will take place at this project on Monday night. Motorists should expect a right lane closure from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Route 1 (Elmwood Avenue) North, under I-95.
I-95 North Viaduct, Providence
Overnight bridge work requires various ramp closures, and their reopening when no longer needed, within the I-95/Exit 37 interchange, Monday – Thursday nights from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please follow signed detours. Motorists can also anticipate alternating lane closures on I-95 North, from Exit 36B to Exit 39 for overhead sign installation and removal, Monday – Thursday nights from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
