Weather permitting, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will implement double lane closures on I-95 northbound near the Bells Road interchange at mile marker 69.6 in Richmond starting at 9:00 p.m. Friday, November 1, until 9:30 a.m. Sunday, November 3, for a pipe replacement project.
Motorists traveling through the Richmond area are encouraged to use Interstate 295, Route 288 and Route 1/301 to avoid significant delays.
