The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that southbound I-95 will be closed between Routes 1/7 and Route 273 for overhead sign repairs Monday, June 19th to Thursday, June 22nd. All work will occur between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am.
Detour Route: Southbound I-95 will be closed at the Route 1/7 interchange. Motorists will be detoured onto Route 1 southbound to Route 273 westbound and back to I-95. The on and off ramps for Route 1/7 will be closed at the same time.
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
