The Maine-Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA) is starting a pavement rehabilitation project at Exit 75 in Auburn that will require overnight closures of the on and off ramps. The project consists of milling and paving the shoulders and lanes. The work also includes clearing, excavation, drainage work, striping and electrical work.

On Sunday, May 19, the southbound off-ramp will be closed overnight as the excavation begins. The ramp will close at 9:00 PM and be reopened by 5:00 AM. Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes. Each of the ramps will be closed for a minimum of four nights for milling, crack sealing, paving and striping over the course of the next few months. Drivers are urged to check MTA variable message boards for updates.
