One of the two lanes of the westbound Newark Bay-Hudson County Extension of the New Jersey Turnpike will be closed this weekend from Interchange 14C to near Interchange 14A while construction crews make high-priority repairs to the bridge deck.
The lane closure will begin at 9:00 p.m. Friday and remain in effect until 5:00 a.m. Monday. Traffic delays could be severe on the westbound roadway during peak travel times this weekend. Make sure you check traffic conditions before you travel.
