The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) advises motorists that there will be daytime lane closures on northbound I-95 for truck access and overnight lane closures on southbound SR 896 for concrete paving. Additionally, the dedicated right turn lane from southbound SR 896 to westbound Old Baltimore Pike is closed for concrete paving through June 29. Right turns will be allowed from the right-most through lane, but congestion is expected.
