The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) reports that one lane will be closed on southbound Interstate 95 between Academy Road and Bridge Street in Philadelphia from 10:00 PM Thursday, February 23 through 5:00 AM Friday, February 24, for guide rail repair.
The scheduled travel restriction is subject to change due to weather, emergency, and traffic considerations. Motorists should reduce their speeds whenever traveling through designated work zones.
