The Delaware Department of Transportation will close three lanes on I-95 northbound from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. each night, beginning on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 through April 6, 2019, pending weather. At all times, one lane will remain open to motorists.
In addition, the ramps on Route 141 Northbound and Southbound to I-95 Northbound will be closed from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. each night, beginning starting on April 4, 2019 through April 5, 2019. The nighttime lane and ramp closures are necessary for milling and paving operation of I-95 northbound.
Detour Routes: Ramp/Route 141 southbound to I-95 northbound will be closed. Motorists traveling on Route 141 southbound will follow detour signs to US 13 northbound and follow detour to I-95 northbound.
