The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that there will be nighttime lane restrictions on northbound and southbound I-95 near Route 202 and on the off ramp from northbound I-95 to Route 202.
The lane restrictions will be in place Sunday through Thursday nights starting Sunday, April 23rd. The Sunday hours will be 7:00 pm to 5:00 am while the Monday through Thursday hours will be 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. Crews will be doing pavement coring, soil borings and well installations. They will start on southbound side then move to the northbound side and then the Route 202 off ramp.
During the week of April 30th, the crews will cycle through again to install wells and monitoring equipment.
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays moving through the area.
