The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that sign structure foundation for overhead signs will require the closure of the On-Ramp from Jackson Street/Delaware Avenue to I-95 Southbound between West 10th Street and West 9th Street.
The nighttime closure will be from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. starting on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 and ending on Thursday, November 4, 2020, pending weather. No ramp closure on Election Day – Tuesday, November 3.
Detour Route: Motorists will continue on North Jackson Street and once at Martin Luther King Boulevard, traffic will follow detour signage to I-95 southbound.
Detour signage will be posted for motorists.
