New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) officials announced overnight closures of the Exit 67 ramp from I-95 northbound/I-295 southbound to Route1 in both directions for light pole replacement work on the new bridge deck in Lawrence Township.

Beginning at 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the next morning, Monday June 5, and again overnight on Tuesday June 6, and Wednesday June 7, NJDOT’s contractor is scheduled to close the Exit 67 ramp from I-95 northbound/I-295 southbound to Route 1 northbound and southbound to perform concrete and electrical work, and replace a light pole that was struck by an oversized truck.

Overnight Detours

During the ramp closures, motorists on I-95 northbound/I-295 southbound attempting to use Exit 67 will be detoured to Exit 65A, then directed onto I-295 northbound where they will use Exit 67B to access Route 1 northbound or southbound.

Variable message signs and lane closure signs are being utilized throughout the project limits to provide advance notification to motorists of all traffic pattern changes associated with the deck replacement project. Throughout the project, NJDOT will provide information before upcoming road closures.
