I-95 New Hampshire/Maine Bridge Lane Closures, Delays Coming

The Maine Department of Transportation, the Maine Turnpike Authority, and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation are collaborating to make necessary improvements to the iconic Piscataqua River Bridge, and are jointly announcing the following lane closures:

  • Southbound I-95 will be reduced to two lanes when the right lane is closed beginning at 6:00am on Monday, December 16, 2019. The right lane will be reopened to traffic on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 3:00pm.
  • Northbound I-95 will be reduced to two lanes when the right lane is closed beginning at 6:00am Monday, December 16, 2019. The right lane will be reopened on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 12:00pm.

Please remember to drive carefully and observe work zone speed limits. Construction is weather-dependent, so this schedule may change.
