I-95 Lane Closures, Potential Traffic Delays in Portsmouth March 10

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will perform work on I-95 Southbound and will start from the Exit 7 off ramp and the right lane and shoulder will be closed from mile marker 15.4 to mile marker 14.8. This work will consist of the extension of a portable concrete barrier along the Exit 7 On Ramp.  
 
Weather dependent, work hours will begin on Monday March 10, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 PM and 5:00 PM.  This work will require the closure of the southbound right lane and shoulder of I-95 from mile marker 15.4 to mile marker 14.8.
 
Message boards, uniformed officers, traffic control devices, and smart work zone devices will be used to notify the travelling public. Motorists should exercise caution when driving through the construction zone.
