Southbound Interstate 95 motorists will encounter lane closures from the Betsy Ross Bridge to just south of the Allegheny Avenue Interchange in Philadelphia on Monday, September 24, through Friday, September 28, from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, for milling and paving operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling on I-95 through the work area. All scheduled operations are weather dependent and subject to change.
