As part of the Maryland Transportation Authority’s (MDTA) next generation electronic toll collection system, the MDTA continues to replace existing toll-lane hardware and software at all toll facilities.
This work requires that the southbound I-95 Express Toll Lanes in Baltimore will be closed temporarily. Motorists will use adjacent mainline I-95 traffic lanes during the closure.
Weather permitting, the lane closures are scheduled now through 5:00 a.m. Monday, January 6.
