The Delaware Department of Transportation announces to motorists that Exit 3B/Route 141 southbound to I-95 northbound will be closed at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27 until 6:00 a.m. on Friday, August 28 AND closed at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 31, pending weather.
The closure is necessary for roadway, curbs, and guardrails at Exit 3A.Detour Route: Vehicles traveling southbound on Route 141 will continue south to Exit 1A to US 13 northbound and continue straight to reach the ramp from US 13 northbound to I-295 southbound, which will allow access to the ramps from I-295 southbound to either I-95 northbound and/or I-495 northbound.
Detour signage will be posted for motorists.
