Northbound Interstate 95 will be reduced from four lanes-to-two between the Interstate 676 and Girard Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia on Friday, December 27, and Monday, December 30, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning for expansion dam repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time for travel through the work area as backups will occur. All scheduled activities are weather permitting.
