The Delaware Department of Transportation reports that I-95 construction will require the closure of Exit 4A Northbound to Route 7 Northbound in Christiana.
The exit closure is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, until Monday, March 25 at 5:00 a.m. pending weather.
Detour: Exit 4B/I-95 Northbound to Route 1 Southbound to Exit 164B/Route 1 Southbound to Christiana Mall and back to Route 7 Northbound.
Delaware DOT’s contractor will be concrete patching the roadway. A lane will also be closed on Route 1/Route 7 northbound. At all times, one lane will remain open on Route 1/Route 7 northbound.
Detour signage will be posted for motorists.
