The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces that contractors will be closing the left lane on I-95 southbound to inspect the bridge.
Location: I-95 Southbound/Northbound (Bridge over Christina River) from Frawley Stadium to the I-295 Southbound/Northbound Split, Wilmington.
Date and Times: 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2020, pending weather.
After the inspection is complete on the southbound left lane; the inspectors will close the left lane on I-95 northbound. All exits will remain open during the closures.
Motorists should be aware that bridge personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to the travel lanes and anticipate lane shifts.
