The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing the scheduled closure and detour of I-95 southbound off-ramp at Exit 17 in Westport between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday, November 13 to Friday, November 17, 2023.
The ramp closure is necessary for the removal of rock and blast debris from the blast location in a safe manner.

The traffic will be detoured via the Exit 18 off-ramp to Sherwood Island Connector from I-95 southbound and then to Route 1 and Riverside Avenue.
The $103,411,848.00 project is scheduled to be completed on November 1, 2024.
