The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on the Baldwin Bridge carrying I-95 southbound over the Connecticut River in Old Lyme, beginning Saturday, August 12, 2017.
This project is scheduled to occur beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, through 5:00 a.m. on morning of Sunday, August 13, 2017.
Motorists can expect the two left lane closures on Interstate 95 southbound from Exit 71 to the Exit 69 off-ramp to Route 9 northbound in Old Lyme. Traffic control personnel, variable message board, and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
