The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the closure of the Exit 34 off-ramp of I-95 Northbound and the detour of traffic during the overnight and morning hours on November 19, into November 20, 2016 in the town of Milford.
The closure and traffic detour are necessary for completing paving and restriping the exit gore area and deceleration ramp, and to complete guide rail end anchorage. Traffic will be diverted to northbound Exit 36, Plains Road, back to U.S. Rt. 1.
The ramp closure will take place on Saturday, November 19, from 8:00 PM, to Sunday, November 20, at 10:00AM.
Contingency based on weather will be Sunday, November 20, from 10:00PM to Monday November 21 at 6:00 AM.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour signs and observe the electronic message boards for details.
