Wow, I had a great experience at Vinny’s Italian Grill! Not only do they have an extensive menu, but they also offer gluten-free pasta for those with dietary restrictions.
The servings were very generous and I was especially impresses with their interesting cocktail menu and wide selection of wines, available by the glass or bottle. For dessert, I highly recommend the tiramisu… I got it to go and enjoyed it in my hotel room later!
Despite the restaurant being quite busy and clearly popular with the locals, the service was efficient and welcoming. They have handicapped parking out front and the place was spotlessly clean. You have the option of choosing between tables or booths, and they even have a kids menu making it a great place for families.
Vinny’s Italian Grill is located less than a mile off I-95, exit 86 in Glen Allen, Virginia. Once you get off the exit, head west on VA 656 (Sliding Hill Road) to US Route 1, then south on US Route 1 on your right (next to Popeye’s)
I highly recommend Vinny’s for I-95 travelers!
