Tito’s is located less than a mile from I-95, exit 130 (Plank Road) on Carl Silver Parkway. It’s a relatively new family restaurant that’s looks right out of the late 50’s… a classic American restaurant.
We’ve stopped here several times because this Fredericksburg exit is our usual overnight stop on the way to Georgia.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and we’ve tried each. Breakfasts include omlettes, sandwiches, pancakes, waffles and my favorite… French toast. Lunch includes burgers, sandwickes, pastas, soups and salads. The Dinner menu is quite varied… chicken, beef, pork, ribs, turkey, and seafood. Be sure to try the herb grilled salmon and the baby back ribs. Are you hungry yet?
The food is good, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are reasonable. It’s a little bit off the main drag (VA3 – Plank Road). Head west on VA3 and take a right on Carl Silver Parkway and go about 1/2 mile. It’s on your right (near the A&W). You really can’t miss it… lots of metal and neon.
Cleanest diner I’ve ever been in. Food is very good too.
