The historic Stage Fort Park along Gloucester Harbor in Massachusetts will blossom into color, flavor and music for the 39th Annual Gloucester Waterfront Festival on Saturday August 17 and Sunday August 18, 2019.

The Gloucester, Massachusetts Waterfront Festival is free admission and held rain or shine. Friendly pets on leash are welcome.
