Hotel accommodations are located in Rocky Mount, NC which is a 20 minute drive east of Spring Hope. Hotels in the Rocky Mount area include: Residence Inn, Holiday Inn & Hampton Inn. At I-95 Exit 121 (30 minutes from Spring Hope) are Jameson Inn and Holiday Inn Express.

Burger King, Subway, No 1 Chinese, Roma’s Pizza, & Country Inn are some great restaurants in Spring Hope that have a very great taste.
Places to Go in Spring Hope
The National Pumpkin Festival is one of my favorite festivals to attend to every year which is held on the 1st weekend in October. A carnival w/ rides, arts & crafts, food, music, and of course, the parade. The Parade includes Marching Bands from Southern Nash, Northern Nash, & more from the Rocky Mount/Nashville area, floats, school clubs, and more. To kickoff the Pumpkin Festival each year, a Miss & Little Miss Pumpkin Queen pagent Show is held. Spring Hope also has a town museum, a public library, an attorney at law, 10 Minutes south of Spring Hope, you’ll wind in Bailey, NC. The Country Doctor Museum in Bailey is the only museum in the nation to honor the country doctors.
Getting Around Spring Hope
Spring Hope has easy access to get to from I-95. From I-95, take exit 138 & Take US 64 WEST towards Nashville & Raleigh. Go to 5th exit (NC 581 SPRING HOPE/BAILEY) Turn right onto NC 581 NORTH & you will end up in Spring Hope. Planning to move to Spring Hope? Spring Hope has 3 public schools: Spring Hope Elementary, Southern Nash Middle, and Southern Nash Senior High. If looking for a great place to worship, Ephesus Baptist Church & more great churches in the Spring Hope area to attend.

It is great to see this website with great information about my home town. I graduated from Spring Hope, Elementary, Southern Nash Middle and Southern Nash Senior High go class of 1975. I am currently residing in the Washington Metropolitan area where I retired from the federal government in 2009. I am now interested in starting a business and I believe I have a great plan to bring life back into the city of Spring Hope. I would like to talk to someone about my plan, however I do not have a clue where to start. Please, if you can help me in any way your help will be greatly appreciate.

We are planning to move to N.C. and we are looking into the Spring Hope area. We enjoy being out in the country a little bit, but would love the small town atmosphere to live in.
Start a business by feedback…what would the people here like to see..put an ad in the local paper with an address so they can write you. Next, get in touch with a real estate agent. Might find a place with the business in the front and a home upstairs, cuts down on cost.
