If you would love to have hand chopped cooked with wood and seasoned to perfection than you should try eating good ol north carolina Barbeque cooked by none other than Emmett McRae. When asked Mr. McRae saids that he have been cooking his barbeque for more than twenty years and you can really taste it. To me there is no other barbeque that can measure up to his. It is the best so if you are on I95 take exit 31 in St. pauls north carolina travel on hwy 20 make left onto convington farm road and travel into Rennert. Just stop an ask people for directions and I am sure that they have heard of Emmett McRae the barbeque man

Cracker BarrelLocation: I-95, Exit 126, Fredericksburg, Virginia

Although I live in North Carolina, this particular Cracker Barrel restaurant in Fredericksburg, Virginia has very great service & food. Every time I head up to New Jersey, I always stop at this Cracker Barrel for breakfast and the food is outstanding. During my wait, I look around the gift shop to keep me busy. The best deal I usually get is of course, the Old Timers’ Breakfast with almost everything. Most of all, don’t forget your cup of coffee.

Holt Lake Restaurant is a local establishment specializing in pork, chicken, and seafood. They have great sweet tea! It’s well worth the stop. It’s located just 1 mile off of exit 90 on US 301 north. Holt Lake Restaurant is worth your time to give it a try.
