I-95 Travelers Alert

The I-95 Travelers Alert identifies areas of major highway construction as well as other events that may result in traffic delays along Interstate 95. Icons allow you to easily distinguish construction activities. Listings are by state and run north to south. Updated February 24, 2008.

Active I-95 Construction Projects
Major construction activity including heavy equipment, construction personnel and traffic control.
Temporary lane detours including lane shifting and/or crossovers.
Temporary lane closures and/or reductions in lane widths.
Lane width restrictions. Wide loads should consider alternate routes.

  Thu, 14 Aug 2008 17:34:46 GMT - BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- Drivers in Brevard County who use I-95 could be in for a delay. Starting August 14, a construction project will block access to and from I-95 on state roads 520 and 524. Detour signs will be in place north of Fiske Boulevard at the ramps through August 27.
